Diversity is our self-image!
A diverse, open, and appreciative workplace culture is one of the fundamental pillars of our company. By signing the Charta der Vielfalt, we are sending a clear message: We promote a working environment free of prejudice, in which all people are given equal opportunities—regardless of age, ethnic background, nationality, gender, gender identity, physical or mental abilities, religion, worldview, sexual orientation, or social background.
Our membership in the Charta der Vielfalt, alongside our certified climate neutrality through offsetting and our VSME audit, is an important building block in our sustainability strategy.
“Diversity is not an add-on for us, but the foundation of our success. By signing the Charta der Vielfalt, we commit ourselves to a work culture in which differences are valued, potential is fostered, and equal opportunities are actively practiced. Because only in an open, respectful environment can people and ideas truly grow.”

Focus areas and measures of our membership!
As part of our membership in the Charta der Vielfalt, we focus on targeted initiatives to actively promote diversity:
- Awareness: Regular workshops, training sessions, and internal campaigns strengthen awareness and knowledge of diversity topics.
- Structural anchoring: We evaluate internal processes, e.g., in recruiting, collaboration, or leadership behavior, and consistently adapt them.
- Open corporate culture: We create spaces for exchange, feedback, and participation and support internal communities as well as thematic formats.
- Sustainable further development: We view diversity as a continuous process. We review, learn, and continuously develop our measures further.
