Campus Environmental Initiative – we promote student projects and university projects relating to sustainability and environmental protection!

Think about tomorrow today! The company group Deutsche Hochschulwerbung invests in a sustainable future. With the specially developed „Campus Environment Initiative“ the topic of sustainability will remain an important priority within the scope of university marketing.

A strictly resource-oriented planning, the active promotion of waste reduction and prevention on the campus plus the successive use of recyclable materials and renewable resources for advertising campaigns are only part of the aspects that the company group Deutsche Hochschulwerbung has dedicated itself to. It is not enough for us to act as a pioneer and market leader in the comprehensive marketing of advertising opportunities at universities: our approach is to promote responsible, future oriented and innovative measures in the cycle of materials on the campus and in connection with the university marketing – to the benefit of all people and the environment.

The new quality label: „Campus-Environment Initiative“, developed by the Deutsche Hochschulwerbung, is displayed on sustainable advertising material. Here included are for example: posters that are printed on recyclable paper, as well as fair trade giveaways, which we produce ourselves and which are used in advertising campaigns that we conduct.

5 percent of our advertising revenues from all activities offered by the Deutsche Hochschulwerbung within the scope of the „Campus-Environment Initiative“, directly flow into a special promotion fund. The purpose: the support of particular interesting and sustainability-related university projects.

All students, professorships, university initiatives and groups that are active in research and engage themselves at their universities in the areas of sustainability and ecology, from now on are invited to apply for funding at nachhaltigkeit@hochschulwerbung.de. The incentives are then distributed on a quarterly basis for selected projects by the company group. In addition, the funded projects are presented in a separate space.

Companies that book promotional activities marked with the quality seal, will be prominently featured as promoters and have the option to mention their engagement within their own media coverage.
