In addition to climate neutrality through offsetting and membership in the Charta der Vielfalt, we are therefore particularly proud that we have now also successfully completed the VSME audit. This underscores our commitment not only to document sustainability, but to make it tangible in a transparent, structured way and in accordance with clear standards.
With confirmed compliance with the EU Commission’s VSME standard (C(2025) 4984 final), we demonstrate that responsibility is not a trend for us, but part of our corporate ethos. As a company that has relied on professionalism, reliability and clear values for decades, the step toward standards-compliant sustainability reporting is a logical progression for us and a strong signal to all employees, partners and corporate customers.

Our VSME audit!
As part of the VSME audit, our sustainability data for the 2024 financial year were audited by uptodate sustainable solutions GmbH. The structure, format, and content of our sustainability report fully comply with the VSME standard of the European Commission. The data were carefully collected, internally validated for plausibility, and externally reviewed.
By voluntarily participating in the VSME audit, we pursue clear objectives:

What is the VSME standard?
The VSME Standard (Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for SMEs) is a voluntary sustainability reporting standard of the EU Commission for small and medium-sized enterprises. It provides a structured, digital, and practical framework that companies can use to disclose their ESG data transparently and comparably. The goal is standardized reporting that provides banks, business partners, and investors with a reliable data basis.
